HR Assistant
in our
HR - Back Office
team you will:

  • Provide guidance and support to all employees in HR operational and administrative areas.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of employment documentation and registration.
  • Update the HR database (Navision and HR Software) and archive hard-copy to meet local requirements and company standards.
  • Collect and prepare the documentation necessary for establishing/terminating an employment engagement.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department in all administrative tasks.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc (Excel) reports as needed.
  • Maintain an open-door policy for all employees.

About You

  • You have approximately one year of relevant experience within HR administration.
  • You are comfortable using Microsoft Office.
  • Your knowledge of local Labour law will be considered an advantage.
  • Your knowledge of Navision will be considered an advantage
  • You have an intermediate level of English language, allowing communication and document writing related to job tasks.
  • You have a demonstrated passion for working with people in a dynamic environment.
  • You are well-organised, detail-oriented, accurate, and enjoy working with data and information.
