About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) UK to drive demand and revenue for our DC charging solutions. The BDE will focus on smaller and mid-sized opportunities that collectively contribute significant business growth. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional with strong B2B sales experience and the ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities on a continuous basis.
  • Execute outbound sales activities including calls, emails, and site visits to generate pipeline.
  • Manage a high volume of mid-sized deals with shorter sales cycles.
  • Prepare and deliver standardized proposals ensuring fast turnaround and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with partners and local installers to accelerate sales execution.
  • Identify and participate in tenders within the assigned territory.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in technical products, mid-market solutions, or EV-related industries.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, territory management, and generating pipeline from scratch.
  • Demonstrated success in closing high-volume deals with SMBs, local governments, or small fleets.
  • Familiarity with technical concepts of DC charging and ability to communicate value to non-technical buyers.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Spanish and English
