Euronet Worldwide
is looking for talented, motivated, eager-to-learn and challenge-seeking candidate for its EBO operational support team in its Belgrade office.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide L2 application and service support for the Back Office Application
  • Take ownership and work towards the closure of the incident and request tickets assigned to her/him
  • Get familiar with relevant company's products and components and their operational procedures
  • Understand business, operational and technical requirements as well as solution design for production changes implemented
  • Evaluate risks and dependencies of production changes, provide mitigation plan
  • Work with internal and external clients, vendors, card organizations, various Euronet departments, divisions and individuals

Requirements

  • IT or Computer Science Engineer bachelor degree
  • Basic knowledge of SQL (querying)
  • General IT knowledge
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Teamwork, multi-tasking, good communication skill is a must.
  • High analytical and strong problem-solving skills is necessary.
  • Able to work in multicultural and geographically spread environment.

Advantages (not necessary but considered as plus):

  • Any experience on SQL server management studio
  • Knowledge of C# and .NET
  • Any knowledge of bank card processing industry, ATM driving or POS driving
