We're seeking a motivated Junior HR Learning & Development Specialist to join our dynamic Global L&D team. If you're passionate about creating innovative learning solutions and driving talent development, this is your chance to make an impact

Job Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate Employees certification preparation;
  • Process all e-learning platforms (Udemy, goFLUENT, FocusonForce, ePlace): assigning accesses, preparing user activity reports, guiding employees;
  • Organize external training activities based on individual and corporate demand;
  • Provide follow-up support for employees on L&D questions;
  • Update Certification Policy based on business needs;
  • Collect feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of tools and processes;
  • Participate in updating L&D procedures and policies according to local requirements;
  • Build and maintain relationships with certification and training providers;
  • Support internal knowledge-sharing initiatives (webinars, expert sessions, community meetups);
  • Promote L&D programs across internal channels (Teams, newsletters, SharePoint);
  • Contribute to the design and updates of the SharePoint learning page;
  • Assist in creating internal L&D materials (guidelines, learning content, instructions);
  • Support L&D recognition initiatives;
  • Reporting.

Requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • 1+ year of experience in HR, Learning & Development, or event/project coordination (internship experience is acceptable)
  • Fluent English (oral and written);
  • Computer literacy and experience with a range of software applications;
  • Experience in designing or updating procedures and policies;
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
  • Confident user of MS Office;
  • High attention to detail;
  • Ability to follow established processes and maintain documentation;
  • Customer-oriented mindset;
  • Strive for learning and development;
  • Basic understanding of e-learning/digital learning platforms is a plus.
