Business Development Manager
. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join a growing business at an early stage and play a key role in shaping its commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement effective sales processes from the ground up.
- Drive new business development by identifying opportunities and building long-term client relationships.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, understanding their needs and creating tailored solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team to align business development initiatives with company goals.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to continuously improve sales outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or related commercial roles (ideally in IT / tech / SaaS or fast-growing industries).
- Strong ability to build and scale sales processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a start-up environment.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
