Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities for EOR services across target markets.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, and contract closure.

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, outbound activities, and partnership development.

  • Educate clients on the benefits of EOR solutions, including compliance, payroll, benefits, and international workforce expansion.

  • Develop strong relationships with HR, Finance, and C-level executives to understand hiring challenges and propose tailored solutions.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B sales (1+ years), ideally in HR services, staffing, SaaS, or global mobility solutions.

  • Understanding of Employer of Record, global employment, payroll, and compliance services is a plus.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team with minimal monitor.

  • Languages: English

  • Basic computer skill

  • Familiarity with Financing and/or HR functions is considered a valuable asset (optional but preferred).

  • Highly self-driven and capable of working remotely with minimal supervision.

  • Demonstrates a high level of responsibility and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
