Koga tražimo?

Nekog ko:

  • Ima minimum 2 godine iskustva u digitalnom marketingu, pre svega na Meta kampanjama (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Zna kako da postavi i optimizuje kampanje, ali i kako da ih uklopi u širu digitalnu strategiju klijenta
  • Razume razliku između brand awareness-a, acquisition i retention strategija
  • Rukuje alatima poput Meta Business Managera, GA4 i GTM-a sa sigurnošću i bez suvišnog guglanja
  • Voli da prati brojke i izvlači zaključke na osnovu CPC-a, CPA-a, ROAS-a i CTR-a
  • Jasno komunicira, daje preporuke, traži feedback i snalazi se u timu
  • Ima želju da razvija svoju ekspertizu i istražuje širi spektar digitalnog marketinga – od sadržaja do automatizacije
  • Aktivno koristi engleski jezik u govoru i pisanju
  • (Poželjno) Ima osnovno iskustvo i na Google Ads platformi (Search, Display, YouTube)

Šta ćeš raditi?

  • Postavljaćeš, optimizovati i analizirati kampanje za domaće i međunarodne klijente, prvenstveno na Meta platformi
  • Učestvovaćeš u brainstorminzima, testiranju novih formata i unapređenju strategije za klijente
  • Redovno ćeš izvlačiti uvide iz rezultata i davati predloge za sledeće korake
  • Povezivaćeš kampanje sa širim ciljevima, kako bi oglašavanje imalo poslovni smisao, ne samo dobar CTR
  • Saradnja sa seniorima i ostalim timovima (kreativa, sadržaj, analitika) biće deo svakodnevice
  • Bićeš u toku sa trendovima i alatima, jer se digital menja iz dana u dan
