Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Belgrade for an Executive Director. The Executive Director will oversee the organization's daily operations, drive strategic planning, and ensure efficient resource management to achieve company objectives. Responsibilities include managing teams, optimizing logistics processes, developing partnerships, and ensuring adherence to regulations. The role also involves closely collaborating with stakeholders to strengthen the company's market position while fostering innovation and growth.

  • Experience with logistics operations, supply chain management, and process optimization

  • Proficiency in business operations and knowledge of regulatory compliance
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field
  • Prior experience in senior leadership roles within the logistics or service delivery industry
