Head of Brand

Location: Belgrade

Job Description:

• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive brand strategies to increase awareness, differentiation, and loyalty
  
• Shape brand identity and positioning while overseeing marketing initiatives.
  
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns and brand activations (events, sponsorships, partnerships).
  
• Manage budgets and relationships with external agencies and partners.
  
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product development, sales, customer support).
  
• Define KPIs, analyze brand performance, and report to senior management.
  
• Establish and maintain brand guidelines and standards.
  
• Lead and mentor the brand marketing team.
  

Requirements:

• University degree (Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields).
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing (preferably in gaming, igaming, or tech industry).
  
• Advanced proficiency in English.
  
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand strategies and campaigns.
  
• Strong leadership and management skills.
  
• Creative and strategic thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  
• Results-oriented with focus on measurable business impact and ROI.
  
• ​ Knowledge of industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging marketing technologies
