What is the job about?
As our
Mechanical Development Engine
er
, you'll be in charge to ensure products comply with Motors & Hydraulic design principles & requirements ensuring robust transfer throughout the full value chain. You will be part of DBS (Domestic Building Services) Product Development DCW (Domestic Cold Water) Department.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Contribute to product development projects with a focus on robust, manufacturable design across the full value chain.
  • Work closely with andsupport senior/lead specialists within professional area.
  • Ensure product and production setup meets the performance requirements.
  • Ensure that component documentation has the needed level of traceability.
  • Comply with mechanical or other applicable workflows.
  • Ensure use of relevant standards including Grundfos standards.
  • Perform the necessary tasks to contribute toteam success and timely project delivery
  • Support on defining part tolerances.
  • Support factory control instructions.

Your background

  • Master or bachelor's in mechanical engineering
  • 3-4 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education.
  • Experience driving developed processes within mechanical engineering.
  • 2D/3D CATIA user
  • Ability to perform structural analyses (FEA simulations)
  • Advanced communication skills in English, oral as well as in writing.
  • Proactive, curious and inspiring to work with.
