Key Responsibilities – Front Desk Officer in Igaming, Belgrade
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members with professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments
  • Manage meeting room bookings and support the organisation of onsite and virtual meetings
  • Coordinate daily office operations, including management of post and deliveries
  • Ensure reception and communal areas are tidy, presentable and well-stocked
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as document management, filing, and updating internal systems
  • Support HR and Operations teams with onboarding and induction processes for new employees
  • Comply with health, safety, and security protocols to maintain a safe work environment
Essential Skills and Qualifications for a Front Desk Officer (Igaming)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Serbian fluency is an advantage
  • Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or front desk roles is preferred but not essential
  • Professional, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software
