- Organize and perform management of financial documents
- Assisting with preparing documents for banks, local authorities, tax office, auditors, suppliers
- Daily correspondence with customers, vendors about open items
- Supporting employees in various topics
- Assisting in building procedures for Finance department (creating Word document according to instructions provided)
- Assisting in booking of incoming invoices (checking that goods/services have been received, getting confirmations from person in charge for supply)
- Assisting in processing the invoices in SAP system
- Assisting with payment process
- Assisting with jobs related to customer Agreements
- Other administrative work
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or relevant field
- Up to 1 year work experience (or without work experience), but with basic knowledge from Finance,
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Very good English skills
- Knowledge of accounting and tax regulations in Serbia is advantage
- Knowledge of SAP is advantage
- Excellent communication and time-management abilities
