Lead Electrical Engineer
Department: Engineering projects
Job description:
- Vertical communication
o Responsible for execution of LV and Instrumentation projects
o Information exchange on ongoing projects with the supervisors
o Task delegating
- Horizontal communication
o Detailed engineering analysis with Design department and System department
o Preparing construction drawings and diagrams to document the electrical design of a project
o Supervising and managing the work of other electrical engineers, technicians, and subcontractors
o Request's preparation for the engagement of internal resources
- Bidding support
- Communication with clients
o Selecting and recommending materials, equipment, and technologies that meet project requirements
o Detailed analysis of engineering problems during construction and commissioning phase
o Exchange of information on ongoing projects
o Project planning and organizing
- Project and site management
o Determining and defining project scope and objectives
o Progress monitoring and making of adjustments as needed
o Project participants motivating
o Site work management
o Managing of adjustments on project, also managing project risks, subcontractor work, as well as managing the construction site when a construction site manager is not required
- Other tasks and duties
o Analysis of projects in implementation, as well as after implementation
o Meeting attendance and reports preparation
o Preparation of bases for department's monthly reports (planned / realized, workload, efficiency, specially significant individual cases)
o Assistance in creating an annual sales plan
o Review of the adopted norm and its improvement
o Proposals for development initiatives for the quarterly meeting
o Assistance in selecting a set of suppliers (quarterly)
o Participation in department personnel selecting
Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree (field of electrical engineering)
o 2-3 years of related experience
o Knowledge of English (minimum level B1)
o Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
o Driver's licence - B category
o It is desirable to have passed the professional exam for performing works in your field of expertize (EI
o Interpersonal skills
o Readiness for teamwork
o Organizational skills
o Ability to recognize problems and propose adequate solutions
o Setting priorities
o Independence and self-initiative
o Good analytical skills
