Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute procedures to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial data;
  • Identify control gaps, assess financial risks, and recommend improvements to the Internal Control System (ICS);
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement;
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Accounting and Reporting department, ensuring timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings;
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and Corporate Finance and Accounting policies;
  • Maintain accurate financial records; coordinate audits and reconciliations;
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiencies;
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial reports and documentation;
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory accounts for all relevant entities;
  • Prepare, review, and analyze Statutory Financial Statements, including notes for internal and external stakeholders;
  • Provide ongoing training and support for new team members;
  • Cooperate with external auditors to ensure a smooth and compliant year-end closing process;
  • Assist with the reconciliation of intercompany transactions and support the transfer pricing process across multiple countries.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics (or another relevant area of study);
  • CPA, ACCA, CIA, or equivalent qualification is preferred;
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting and reporting experience in a multinational organization;
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken;
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with office-based IT tools;
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills;
  • Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
