We are seeking
a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team. The role is a blend of proactive recruitment activities and HR support. Your main responsibility will be sourcing candidates, managing communication, and coordinating interviews, while also contributing to HR initiatives that enhance the employee experience. This position is well-suited for someone who is ready to take ownership of recruitment tasks and is eager to grow within People & Culture.

In This Role, You Will

  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional communities
  • Screen incoming applications and manage candidate communication
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams
  • Maintain accuracy and updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Draft clear and engaging outreach messages to candidates
  • Employee engagement & recognition: organize birthday and anniversary congratulations, assist with gifts, support planning of internal events and company gatherings
  • Onboarding & operations support: handle equipment requests (laptops, accessories), assist with employee training and course enrollment logistics, keep HR documentation

We Would Like You To Have

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (preferably with IT/tech roles)
  • Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and outreach campaigns
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment workflows
  • Excellent English communication skills (B2–C1 level, written and spoken)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while being a supportive team player

  • Knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
  • Experience supporting employee engagement, event organization, or learning initiatives
