Director of Development | Belgrade, Serbia | Full-time | On-site

We are looking for an experienced technical leader to take ownership of our development strategy and team management. The Director of Development plays a key role in shaping the technical vision, scaling products, and enhancing cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor software development teams
  • Define technical strategy in alignment with business goals
  • Oversee progress and ensure delivery quality
  • Collaborate with QA, design, and product teams
  • Implement Agile methodologies and best practices
  • Evaluate new technologies and architectures
  • Build platforms that meet the highest security standards

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in software development
  • Proven track record in team leadership and technical management
  • Strong understanding of modern technologies and development processes
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Good understanding of networking concepts
