Job Title: Global Talent Acquisition Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned talent acquisition professional to lead our global recruitment efforts. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for executing full-cycle recruitment strategies across multiple countries.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting top talent in fast-paced environments and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical positions
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of global candidates
  • Drive recruitment strategy with data-driven insights
  • Partner with HR and Operations teams to support relocation and immigration processes

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, engage, and secure top talent in high-impact projects within the Fintech/AI/Game space.

This is a full-time onsite position based in Bangkok, Thailand. Relocation support will be provided.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in tech recruitment
  • Proven experience recruiting across global markets
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet recruitment KPIs and deadlines
