We are looking for a dedicated and experienced
Facility Manager
to join our team
in Belgrade and Novi Sad
(two positions available), who will be responsible for the effective operation, maintenance, and supervision of building systems and teams to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage facility-related projects and installed equipment

· Organize and supervise the work of technicians and subcontractors

· Coordinate regular maintenance and plan emergency repairs

· Ensure the proper functioning of installed equipment and the facility as a whole

· Prepare reports on regular maintenance, emergency interventions, and completed works

· Lead and manage on-site staff and technical teams

Required Qualifications:

· Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Level VI or VII)

· Relevant experience in construction or facility maintenance

· Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

· Good command of English (reading, writing, communication)

· Valid category "B" driving license; active driver
