Proximus is looking for the
HR Business Partner
(HRBP) to join our team In this hybrid role, you'll play a key part in partnering with leaders to drive growth, engagement, and development across our organization. The most important skills you'll bring are your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and your talent for implementing innovative, scalable HR solutions. Your responsibilites
- You will consult with managers and leaders to craft meaningful strategies that retain, engage, and develop high-performing teams.
- You'll act as a trusted coach and advisor, supporting leaders as they navigate challenges and drive growth and change within their organizations.
- You are expected to improve manager capability through 1:1 coaching and training workshops.
- You will partner with our HQ HR team to champion initiatives and programs, ensuring consistency and alignment with our culture.
- You help managers assess their teams and identify training opportunities, delivering a progressive, right-sized, and effective learning and development strategy.
- You'll participate in the interview process and serve as a conduit throughout each phase of the employee life cycle, helping leaders architect their teams.
- You take the lead in collaborating with the entire people team to strengthen our HR programs and processes by building innovative, scalable frameworks (Performance Management, L&D, Onboarding, etc.).
- You will apply analytical rigor to dive deep and report on people trends, developing action plans to proactively address concerns.
- You are responsible for managing employee relations with grace, compassion, and integrity.
- You drive the development of scalable programs across all business lines
Your Profile
- You have a university degree (in Psychology, Economy, Law or similar).
- You bring 5+ years of work experience in the same or similar roles.
- You demonstrate consistent growth and achievement within the HR function.
- You partner with executives and leadership teams in the technology industry.
- You understand the different needs of each business unit.
- You implement a customer-centric approach, recognizing that "one size fits all" is not an effective strategy for high-performing, healthy teams.
- You have the ability to navigate ambiguity and are willing to roll up your sleeves, showing entrepreneurial drive.
- You seek to understand and look for innovative ways to implement scalable improvements.
- You possess impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written.
- You consolidate information effectively, and your delivery is articulate, relatable, and refined—setting an example for leaders throughout the organization.
- You speak English fluently; French or Dutch is a plus.
