ADMINISTRATIVNI RADNIK
Opis posla:
- Vođenje administrativnih i kancelarijskih poslova u skladu sa procedurama firme.
- Komunikacija sa domaćim i inostranim partnerima putem e-maila i telefona.
- Prijem i obrada poslovne dokumentacije, skeniranje, arhiviranje i vođenje evidencija.
- Podrška prodajnom i logističkom timu u svakodnevnim operacijama.
- Izrada izveštaja, evidencija i obračuna po potrebi rukovodstva.
- Unos i ažuriranje podataka u internim poslovnim softverima (program Pantheon).
- Izrada faktura domaćim i ino kupcima
- Postavljanje izlaznih računa na SEF, kao I preuzimanje ulaznih računa
- Priprema dokumantacije za uvoz i izvoz robe kao I organizacija istog
Uslovi za konkurs:
- Minimum IV stepen stručne spreme (ekonomski ili administrativni smer je prednost).
- Obavezno dobro znanje engleskog jezika (usmeno i pismeno).
- Poznavanje rada na računaru – posebno Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Poželjno iskustvo na sličnim poslovima.
- Odgovoran i organizovan pristup radu, tačnost i pedantnost.
- Sposobnost rada u timu i samostalno obavljanje zadataka.
- Poželjno poznavanje rada u programu Pantheon (nije uslov, obuka je obezbeđena).
