Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Specialist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in managing documentation, coordinating with clients and international partners, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, organize, and manage administrative documentation related to international recruitment processes
  • Communicate with clients, candidates, and external partners in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Support the consulting team with scheduling, reporting, and coordination tasks
  • Assist in compliance procedures and ensure adherence to relevant regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Previous experience in administration or office support role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team
