Supply Chain and Operations Manager

Currently, we are looking for a
Supply Chain and Operations Manager
to join our highly motivated and inspired Zentiva Serbia team.

The Supply Chain and Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing warehouse inventory, planning and ordering products to ensure a continuous and reliable supply to the market. This role manages the full operation of the wholesale warehouse, coordinates orders and deliveries, and ensures efficient, compliant, and cost-effective supply chain operations.

What Would Be Your Main Responsibilities

  • Manage orders, deliveries, and sales from customs warehouses, company warehouses, and direct customers.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on current product stock levels.
  • Conduct stock control checks at least twice per month, or more frequently as required.
  • Lead the annual inventory process across all company warehouses.
  • Organize and facilitate monthly commercial and operational review meetings.
  • Monitor and maintain accuracy of corporate databases.
  • Support product launches, packaging changes, and product discontinuations through active participation in approval processes.
  • Oversee the efficient and compliant operation of the wholesale warehouse.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

We Need You To Have

  • University degree - Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering, Faculty of Organizational Sciences
  • 5 years working experience
  • Fluency in English - written and spoken
  • Knowledge and use of MS Office packages
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
