Summary:

We're looking for a 
Finance Manager
 to join our team in Serbia and North Macedonia and work at the intersection of accounting, operations, client management, and sales.

This role is all about numbers with impact: you'll be driving financial processes, supporting decision-making, and helping both our clients and our own team grow smarter and stronger.

What you will be doing?

  • Managing 
    accounting and finance
     activities: payables, receivables, monthly closings, Abacus and client-specific software, audit documentation.
  • Preparing 
    financial reports
     (monthly, quarterly, annual), budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analyses.
  • Supporting the CFO with accounting, reporting, and financial insights for better decision-making.
  • Improving 
    forecast accuracy
     through data analytics and digital tools.
  • Partnering with 
    clients
     on accounting, regulatory questions, and commercial strategies.
  • Supporting 
    sales
     by evaluating client scopes, spotting upsell opportunities, and identifying new leads.
  • Contributing to our 
    internal education program
     and empowering our team.

What we are looking for?

  • Strong background in 
    accounting and reporting
     (Abacus experience is a big plus).
  • Confidence in 
    financial analysis, budgeting, and risk management
    .
  • Experience in 
    client relations
     with the ability to translate numbers into business value.
  • Curiosity for 
    data analytics
     and a drive to embrace digital improvements.
  • A team player who loves to share knowledge and support others.
