Opis posla:

  • Istraživanje tržišta, upoređivanje cena sa konkurencijom i praćenje trendova u telekomunikacionim uslugama
  • Davanje sugestija, predloga, novih ideja u cilju poboljšanja usluga i proizvoda kompanije
  • Analiziranje potreba kupaca, pronalaženje najboljih tehničkih rešenja za njihove potrebe i priprema ponuda
  • Identifikacija novih potencijalnih kupaca
  • Ostvarivanje prodajnih ciljeva
  • Proaktivni kontakt sa kupcima
  • Održavanje precizne evidencije o prodajnim aktivnostima
  • Ostvarivanje mesečnih, kvartalnih i godišnjih KPI-jeva
  • Praćenje prodaja i trendova u ICT industriji
  • Prodaja postojećih i budućih usluga Aktona kao što su svi servisi koji se oslanjaju na internet, zakup mesta u DATA centru, server hosting servis, voice i fiksna telefonija itd.
  • Prodaja rešenja u mrežama korisnika
  • Posredovanje ,asistiranje i nadgledanje realizacije usluge
  • Reklamacije korisnika

Zahtevi pozicije:

  • Poželjno visoka ili viša stručna sprema, minimum srednja
  • Minimum 2 godine relevantnog iskustva
  • Odlične verbalne i pisane komunikacione veštine
  • Izražene veštine rešavanja problema i analitike
  • Sposobnost samostalnog rada
  • Timski igrač
  • Znanje engleskog jezika na minimum srednjem ka naprednom nivou
  • Vozačka dozvola B kategorije
