Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative based in Belgrade. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, understanding their transportation needs, and offering tailored solutions. Daily tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with the internal team to ensure smooth service delivery and handling any client issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English (Spanish and/or Russian are considered a plus)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment
- CRM Experience is a plus
