Were looking for a motivated Sales Representative (Senior/Middle SDR) to drive our B2B SaaS sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
Youll manage outreach campaigns, conduct discovery calls and demos, and help build scalable sales workflows.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating, convincing, and closing all while working remotely from anywhere in the world.
ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize the full B2B sales pipeline in HubSpot.
Execute outbound strategies via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
Conduct cold outreach and qualify leads for demos.
Present SaaS demos tailored to customer needs and industries.
Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging and ICPs.
Analyze performance data to improve conversion and shorten sales cycles.
Fluent German (C2 or native/near-native) and fluent English (C1C2).
Proven B2B sales experience (as SDR, Sales Rep, or similar).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills confident on calls.
Strong learning ability; experience with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or Sales Navigator is a plus.
Reliable internet connection for uninterrupted online meetings and calls.
Independent, structured, and performance-driven mindset.
