Front Desk Administrator in RE&F Serbia

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving incoming calls
  • Working with mail, couriers, courier services
  • Reception of incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • Participation in the organization of guest visits
  • Meeting new employees
  • Booking and control of meeting rooms
  • Assistance in the preparation of advance reports
  • Ordering and issuing office supplies
  • Collection of orders and purchase of products for coffee breaks, office supplies
  • Preparation of certificates, copies and scans of documents
  • Participation in the organization of visits, cultural events
  • Preparation of printed materials
  • Organization of coffee breaks and lunches during meetings and trainings
  • Support of internal document flow

Mandatory Skills Description:

  • Accuracy, attentiveness, responsibility, sociability
  • ability to work in a team
  • ability to work in multitasking mode
  • ability to work with a large amount of information
  • 1 year experience as a secretary or administrator in a global company
  • English: B2 (written and spoken)

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

  • Experience of work with financial systems (Oracle/SAP), Excel
  • Russian language
