Heads Talent Solutions has partnered with a recognized leader and pioneer in the oil products sector, handling the distribution and marketing of a wide range of oil products. To support their growth, we are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual to join their team as
Fleet Cards Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target specific customer segments to onboard new fleet card clients.
- Develop, implement, and monitor tailored sales plans by segment to exceed defined targets.
- Conduct initial assessments of potential customers, evaluating their size and credibility in alignment with company cash flow requirements.
- Lead negotiations with prospective clients to secure profitable and financially viable agreements, in line with company objectives.
- Track sales plans on a weekly and monthly basis, and initiate corrective actions when needed.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships, ensuring minimal complaints and timely resolution.
- Act as a key liaison with gas station managers—training, guiding, and supporting them as local indicators for fleet card usage and growth.
- Prepare and communicate regular reports (sales pipeline, revenue, client feedback, churn risk).
- Monitor market competition and propose pricing and credit adjustments accordingly.
- Stay informed on the creditworthiness of fleet card clients and act according to internal procedures.
- Propose commercial and credit terms based on customer volume and financial reliability.
- Recommend pricing strategies, client-specific terms, and corrective actions to meet performance goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet card sales or similar B2B sales targeting comparable customer segments.
- University degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Familiarity with SAP
- In-depth understanding of the Serbian market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial awareness and results-driven mindset
- Ability to influence and deliver results through others
- Team-oriented and cooperative attitude
- Strategic thinking and customer focus
