The Role

We're looking for a Track & Trace Rep
to join our Belgrade team. Your job is to keep an eye on shipments, talk with drivers and customers, give updates, and help fix any bumps along the way. Simply put: you'll make sure everything stays on track.

What We're Looking For

  • Some experience in freight tracking (a plus, not a must)
  • Great communication skills, you'll be on the phone/chat a lot.
  • Quick problem-solving when things don't go as planned.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • No diploma needed, just the right attitude and drive.
