Asset Management Coordinator – Manufacturing Site (Kruševac, Serbia)

We are seeking an
Asset Management Coordinator
to support activities at a customer's manufacturing site in
Kruševac, Republic of Serbia
. This role is ideal for individuals with basic experience in plant maintenance, MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations), or inventory management who are eager to learn and grow in industrial asset management.

You will report to the RAAMP DELIVERY MANAGER
work onsite in customer site in Kruševac, Republic of Serbia.
Your Responsibilities

• Support MRO Activities: Assist with daily maintenance, repair, and operations tasks within the plant.
• Inventory Organization: Help identify duplicate or obsolete stock and maintain storeroom accuracy.
• Storeroom Support: Work with plant personnel to keep storeroom organized and improve processes.
• Parts Coordination: Ensure timely delivery of spare parts to maintenance teams to reduce downtime.
• Documentation: Maintain records and assist in updating Standard Operating Procedures.
• Reporting Assistance: Support preparation of basic reports on inventory and cost savings.
• Vendor & Warranty Tracking: Help monitor repairable inventory and apply warranty programs.

The Essentials - You Will Have

• Education & Experience: Technical diploma or some experience in maintenance, inventory, or related fields. (Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.)
• Language Skills: Fluent in Serbian; basic English for communication and reporting.
• Work approach: Willing to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate with maintenance and procurement teams.
• Mobility: Comfortable working on the plant floor and following safety protocols.
