Our mission is to build and scale marketing operations that directly support high-value transactions, dealer engagement, and strategic growth initiatives.

We are now looking for a passionate and hands-on Marketing Manager to join us on this journey. This is not a project-based role—it's a full-time opportunity to establish long-term marketing structures and lead strategic and operational initiatives.

Role Overview

As our Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing end-to-end marketing strategies to grow our B2B marketplace and support the launch of new verticals. You will work closely with Product, UX, and Leadership to define our approach to communication, acquisition, and brand positioning.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with execution power. You'll take ownership of our marketing tools, channels, and assets, and help us run smarter campaigns—faster.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase engagement from vehicle dealers (buyers and sellers).
  • Create, test, and manage landing pages and email campaigns (including automation workflows).
  • Build and maintain a lean MarTech stack that enables us to scale quickly without dependency on external resources.
  • Collaborate with our UX/UI and Product teams to produce effective and conversion-driven marketing assets.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, etc.) for ideation, copywriting, and campaign development.
  • Lead inbound marketing efforts: newsletters, dealer onboarding, and informational content areas.
  • Define messaging and marketing strategy for new auction categories
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns and tools.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong experience in digital B2B marketing and campaign execution.
  • Hands-on ability to create landing pages, email workflows, and manage marketing tools independently.
  • Proficiency in building lightweight and scalable marketing systems
  • Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering is a strong plus.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a "get-things-done" attitude.
  • Experience working with UX/UI teams and in cross-functional environments.
  • Fluent in English. German is a strong plus, especially for content and local dealer engagement, but not required.
