Position Overview:

The PR Manager will report to the Director in Communications. The person in this position will manage the company's communication initiatives with the media and the community, creating product and corporate content in various formats; organizing interviews and events; and promoting the company's products in the media, through digital channels, print advertising, and exhibitions.

Responsibilities:

  • Regular generation of news topics in close cooperation with regional offices and Product Development
  • Positioning of the company's product portfolio within industry media globally
  • Creating articles, press-releases, digital ad text, and all other kinds of written public communications
  • Leveraging existing media relationships and cultivating new contacts within business and industry media
  • Advancing relationships with Serbian media, ensuring positive coverage of the brand by local media
  • Constant work on improvement of brand awareness
  • Carrying out specialized PR and advertising campaigns worldwide
  • Creating and launching advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms
  • Analyzing campaign results, adjusting in accordance with the strategy

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience in PR or communications is required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional writing skills on highly specialized topics in English
  • Experience in social media and digital marketing
  • Extensive experience in working with media outlets
  • Proficient English

Required Experience:

  • 3+ years in Public Relations/Journalism/Communications/Press-office
  • Experience in B2B communications
  • Experience in the chemical industry will be a benefit
  • Experience in promoting products in local markets such as China, Japan, Korea, or others will be a plus.
