Wir suchen neue Teammitglieder, die unserem internationalen Team beitreten und Teil des Customer Care Center of Excellence werden möchten.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Hervorragendes Kundenservice für eingehende Kunden über Anruf- und E-Mail-Kanäle bieten
  • Aktives Zuhören und Verstehen von Benutzeranfragen, um einen hohen Prozentsatz gelöster Beschwerden im ersten Kontakt zu erreichen;
  • Identifizierung von Kundenproblemen und -beschwerden, Bereitstellung rechtzeitiger Lösungen
  • Herausragendes Service auf hohem Kundenniveau bieten
  • Sicherstellen, dass alle Kundendaten genau erfasst werden
  • Unterstützung und Information zu den Produkten und Dienstleistungen des Unternehmens bieten
  • Bewahren einer professionellen und höflichen Haltung in Interaktionen mit Benutzern, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen;
  • Aktive Teilnahme an Schulungen und Weiterbildungen zur Verbesserung von Fähigkeiten und Kenntnissen im Zusammenhang mit Produkten oder Dienstleistungen;
  • Durchführung von Umfragen zur Qualität von Reparaturen

Anforderungen:

  • Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung, bevorzugt in einem Callcenter-Umfeld
  • Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache (mindestens B2, C1)
  • Abitur oder höher
  • Kundenorientierte Person mit ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Teamarbeiter mit guten organisatorischen Fähigkeiten und einer Wachstumsmentalität
  • Fließend in Englisch und Kenntnisse einer anderen Sprache sind von Vorteil
