Mit vier großen globalen Marken – Hisense, Gorenje, Asko und Toshiba – sind wir in verschiedenen Marktsegmenten vertreten.

Customer Care Representative – Deutscher Markt

Aufgaben:

  • Kundenbetreuung per Telefon und E-Mail für eine Produktgruppe (Trockner)
  • Exakte Erfassung aller Kundendaten und Bereitstellung korrekter Produktinformationen
  • Unterstützung der Kunden bei Fragen zur Nutzung, Wartung und zu Serviceverfahren
  • Professionelle und höfliche Kommunikation mit den Nutzern
  • Teilnahme an Schulungen zur Erweiterung des Produktwissens

Anforderungen:

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung im Kundenservice von Vorteil
  • Abgeschlossene Schulausbildung (Sekundarstufe II oder gleichwertig)
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
