Nous recherchons de nouveaux membres pour rejoindre notre équipe internationale et intégrer le Customer Care Center.

Responsabilités:

  • Fournir un excellent service client aux utilisateurs entrants via téléphone et e-mail
  • Écouter activement et comprendre les demandes des clients afin d'assurer un taux élevé de résolution au premier contact
  • Identifier les problèmes et réclamations des clients en proposant des solutions rapides
  • Offrir un service exceptionnel aux clients haut de gamme
  • S'assurer que toutes les données clients sont enregistrées avec précision
  • Fournir des informations et un support sur les produits et services de l'entreprise
  • Maintenir une attitude professionnelle et courtoise, y compris dans des situations complexes
  • Participer activement aux formations pour améliorer les compétences et la connaissance des produits
  • Réaliser des enquêtes sur la qualité des réparations

Exigences:

  • Maîtrise du français (B2, C1)
  • Expérience en service client, idéalement en centre d'appels
  • Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent
  • Orientation client et excellentes compétences en communication
  • Esprit d'équipe, bonnes capacités d'organisation et mentalité axée sur la croissance
