Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inbound Customer Service Representative with German language skills. The position is located in Novi Sad. The Inbound Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, enhancing the customer service experience, and providing support for customer service representatives.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Experience in enhancing Customer Experience
  • Excellent written and verbal German language skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Novi Sad
  • Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
