We are looking for new team members to join our international team and be part of the Customer Care Center of Excellence.

Customer Care Representative – UK Market

Responsibilities:

  • Providing customer support via phone and e-mail for one product group (dryers)
  • Logging all customer data accurately and providing correct product information
  • Assisting customers with guidance on usage, maintenance and service procedures
  • Maintaining a professional and polite communication with users
  • Taking part in trainings to improve product knowledge

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in customer service is a plus
  • Minimum high school degree
  • Strong communication and customer orientation
  • Team player with good organizational skills
