ACCOUNT MANAGER – bela tehnika

Izabrani kandidat biće odgovoran za:

  • Izgradnju i razvoj odnosa sa postojećim partnerima, kao i pronalaženje novih kupaca
  • Redovne posete i razumevanje potreba partnera, uz analizu njihovog potencijala i poslovanja
  • Pripremu i predlaganje ponuda partnerima u skladu sa tržišnim kretanjima i aktivnostima konkurencije
  • Praćenje i ostvarenje prodajnih ciljeva i marži, uz redovno animiranje kupaca
  • Učestvovanje u celokupnom prodajnom procesu
  • Saradnju sa timovima iz nabavke, operacija i računovodstva kako bi se obezbedila pravovremena i kvalitetna isporuka
  • Izveštavanje o prodajnim rezultatima i predlaganje konkretnih aktivnosti za unapređenje poslovanja
  • Praćenje tržišnih trendova i konkurencije, kao i proaktivno delovanje prema potrebama kupaca
  • Rad na terenu i fleksibilna komunikacija sa različitim tipovima klijenata
  • Kontinuirano usavršavanje i uvođenje novih rešenja za unapređenje prodajnih procesa

Uslovi za kandidate:

  • Razvijene prodajne veštine i pregovaračke sposobnosti
  • Poznavanje tržišta i grupa proizvoda iz asortimana bele tehnike
  • Iskustvo od minimum godinu dana u prodaji/nabavci
  • Posedovanje vozačke dozvole B kategorije, aktivan vozač
