Client Relationship Manager – Belgrade ACE Team

For our client, a global leader in investment, advisory, and risk management solutions, we are looking for a
Client Relationship Manager
to join their Belgrade team. This team is part of a global organization that supports small and medium asset management clients worldwide.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients across
North America (USA and Canada)
. The focus is on building strong partnerships, promoting the adoption of advanced software solutions, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction. A key part of the role is to prevent client attrition, expand cooperation, and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a personal portfolio of clients with a focus on ensuring high client satisfaction, expanding cooperation and client engagement, and preventing client attrition while protecting revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and business leaders within client organizations
  • Actively promote adoption of the company's technologies and provide tailored support
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Support, Business Development, etc.) to deliver excellent client experience and communicate client needs effectively
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure compliance with internal processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business or a related field
  • Fluency in English and Serbian
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the FinTech/Finance industry (client-facing role, consulting, or technology provider)
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships across different functions (IT, operations, investment teams, C-suite)
  • Experience in managing client relationships at both operational and strategic levels
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex topics for different audiences
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and manage multiple priorities

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of capital markets, with a focus on private markets
  • Technological awareness and ability to identify opportunities (without need for deep technical expertise)
  • Consultative mindset and problem-solving orientation
  • Experience working with data & analytics for reporting purposes
