CRM Lifecycle Manager
Location: Belgrade
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to increase user engagement and retention.
- Manage the entire customer lifecycle: from registration, first deposit, and regular betting activity, to reactivation of occasional and inactive users.
- Segment users based on behavior, value, and lifecycle stage.
- Plan, create, and execute automated and personalized campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze key KPIs such as user activation, retention, churn rate, lifetime value (LTV), and campaign response rate.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, analytics, legal, and product teams to optimize the overall customer experience.
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Optimove, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Emarsys, or similar).
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize communications and offers (bonuses, promotions, free bet campaigns).
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to communication and promotions in the betting industry.
Zahtevi
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM, customer retention, or lifecycle marketing roles - ideally within the online gaming, betting, or digital entertainment industry.
- Proven experience with CRM platforms
- Hands-on experience with campaign automation, segmentation, and A/B testing.
