Tvoja uloga:

Kao
Senior Menadžer Poslovnog Razvoja
, bićeš ključna figura u kreiranju i vođenju kompleksnih IT rešenja – od ideje, preko dizajna, do implementacije i praćenja uspeha.

Radićeš rame uz rame sa Account Managerima, Marketingom i Program menadžerima, a tvoja misija biće da:

  • Prepoznaješ i oblikuješ prilike
    – razumeš potrebe klijenata (telekomi, finansijski sektor, javni i privatni sektor) i pretvaraš ih u konkretna rešenja.
  • Dizajniraš go-to-market modele
    i otvaraš nove partnerske kanale.
  • Vodiš strateške prodajne inicijative
    – od cenovne politike do nadzora profitabilnosti.
  • Prezentuješ složene koncepte na C-nivou
    i gradiš dugoročne odnose sa klijentima.
  • Mentorišeš mlađe kolege
    i podstičeš razvoj tima.

Tvoji zadaci:

  • Kreiranje i predstavljanje business case-ova, RFI/RFP odgovora i PoC demonstracija.
  • Analiza tržišta i konkurencije, predlaganje inovacija i unapređenje portfolia.
  • Direktna saradnja sa vendorima, oblikovanje zajedničkih inicijativa i učestvovanje u marketinškim kampanjama.
  • Aktivno učešće u planiranju prodaje, forecast-ima i razradi account planova.

Šta tražimo:

  • Obrazovanje:
    VI ili VII stepen (ekonomija, menadžment, organizacija ili tehnički fakulteti).
  • Iskustvo:
    Minimum 3 godine na sličnoj poziciji ili 5+ godina u inženjerskoj ulozi u IT/softverskoj industriji (pre-sales, prodaja, dizajn enterprise rešenja).
  • Znanje:
    Duboko razumevanje tehnoloških platformi i industrijskih trendova, uz analitički pristup tržištu i regulatornim okvirima.
  • Veštine:
    Prezentacione i komunikacione sposobnosti na najvišem nivou, sposobnost da inspirišeš klijente i tim.
