Bachelor's degree or above in an engineering or business discipline, or equivalent work experience.

At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the
wind industry.

Demonstrated ability to manage several activities/projects at once, to organize/prioritize work, meet deadlines, and prepare plans and customer communications.

Motivated, goal-oriented, persistent, and a skilled negotiator.

High level of initiative and works well in a team environment.

Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well.

Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction.

Technical knowledge of
Wind Turbines

Flexibility with travel-based on the overall company objectives.

Leadership skills, strong drive, cooperative abilities.

Relevant experience with tender processes and negotiations in large organizations.
