For our team, we are looking for a new colleague to join us as our:
Sales Manager (m/f)

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • analysis of the market and competition, identification of opportunities for growth and development
  • creation and implementation of sales plans and activities in accordance with market requirements
  • creating and maintaining a strong network of clients, mainly acquisitions
  • creating sales strategies for existing and new products
  • sales monitoring by key performance indicators
  • leading, coordinating and monitoring the sales team

From our ideal candidate we expect:

  • minimum 5 years of experience in similar role
  • proactivity, responsibility, independence and orientation towards results
  • analytical, strategic and organized approach to work tasks
  • strong leadership and management skills
  • highly developed communication and presentation skills
  • ability to manage a variety of situations in a dynamic environment
  • solid knowledge in MS Excel (Pivot, advanced Excel functions)
  • proficiency in English (B2/C1)
  • driving licence (B category)
