Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and manage direct communication with international clients. This role is sales-driven, client-facing, and requires strong persuasion skills, confidence, and professionalism. All communication is conducted in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with international clients via email, messaging, and calls;
- Understand client needs and present tailored furniture solutions;
- Actively close sales and manage the full sales cycle;
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and consultation requests;
- Build long-term relationships with private clients and professionals;
- Coordinate internally with production and management teams.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory);
- Knowledge of any additional language is a strong plus;
- Proven sales experience (B2C or high-end products preferred);
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills;
- Confident, proactive, and results-oriented personality;
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
