, bićete odgovorni za vođenje i implementaciju strategija prodaje sa ciljem povećanja prihoda i optimizacije kapaciteta našeg hotela. Vaša uloga će biti ključna u razvoju i održavanju odnosa sa postojećim i potencijalnim klijentima, kao i u kreiranju prilagođenih rešenja koja zadovoljavaju njihove potrebe.

Glavne odgovornosti:

  • Razvoj strategije prodaje: Planiranje i implementacija strategija za povećanje prihoda i postizanje ciljeva u oblasti prodaje.
  • Upravljanje odnosima sa klijentima: Održavanje i unapređenje odnosa sa postojećim klijentima, kao i aktivno traženje novih poslovnih prilika.
  • Analiza tržišta: Praćenje tržišnih trendova, konkurencije i potreba kupaca radi prilagođavanja strategije prodaje.
  • Koordinacija sa timom: Saradnja sa različitim odeljenjima hotela (recepcija, marketing, F&B) radi efikasnog ostvarivanja prodajnih ciljeva.
  • Priprema i predstavljanje ponuda: Kreiranje i predstavljanje prilagođenih ponuda i ugovora za klijente.
  • Izveštavanje: Priprema redovnih izveštaja o performansama prodaje, analizama i preporukama za poboljšanje.
  • Organizacija i praćenje događaja: Planiranje i organizacija promotivnih događaja, sastanaka i prezentacija.

Kvalifikacije:

  • Obrazovanje: VSS, preferirano u oblasti turizma, menadžmenta ili srodnih disciplina.
  • Iskustvo: Minimum 3–5 godina iskustva u prodaji u hotelijerstvu ili srodnim industrijama.
  • Veštine: Izvrsne komunikacione i pregovaračke veštine, sposobnost rada u dinamičnom okruženju i visok nivo profesionalizma.
  • Poznavanje tržišta: Duboko razumevanje tržišta hotelijerstva i trendova u industriji.
  • Rad u timu: Sposobnost rada u timu, kao i samostalno upravljanje projektima.
  • Jezici: Poznavanje engleskog jezika je obavezno; poznavanje dodatnih jezika je prednost.
