where you'll oversee performance, spot opportunities, and support decisions that directly shape brand growth. You'll work cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, support, and analytics to keep the brand performing at its best — operationally and strategically.


What You'll Do

  • Monitor and analyze brand performance (sales, conversion rates, reviews, etc.)
  • Conduct audits of product listings and recommend optimizations
  • Track marketplace and industry changes to ensure brand compliance and competitiveness
  • Coordinate with internal teams on supply, support, brand management, and marketing operations
  • Collaborate on pricing strategies, product opportunities, and growth initiatives
  • Help maintain account health and proactively resolve operational issues
  • Support onboarding of new brands and expansion across marketplaces
  • Track competitors and provide actionable insights on trends and white-space opportunities


What You Bring

  • 2–4 years
    of experience in operations, e-commerce, or brand support roles
  • Analytical mindset and comfort working with performance metrics and large datasets
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects or teams
  • Familiarity with
    Amazon
    or other e-commerce marketplaces is a strong plus
  • Solid
    Excel
    or spreadsheet modeling skills
  • Fluent in
    English
    , both written and spoken
  • Self-starter with
    curiosity, ownership
    , and a desire to grow quickly in an entrepreneurial environment
