TITLE: Director of MarComms Planning and Efficiency
LOCATION: Belgrade, Hybrid
The Director of Marketing Planning and Efficiency will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment, supporting the CMO and broader MarComms organization in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Facilitate year-round planning and the strategic deployment for MarComms
- Proactively look ahead and prepare teams for upcoming priorities and initiatives.
- Create processes and templates to enhance efficiency and organization across the department.
Sponsorship & Budget Management
- Manage a master list of sponsorships, associated benefits, and track utilization.
- Oversee and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
- Facilitate the procurement process for MarComms, including contract archiving and tracking.
Operational Excellence & Project Management
- Lead special projects and follow-ups for the CMO, ensuring timely execution.
- Drive monthly business reviews by consolidating reports from all departments.
- Follow up on goals and hold teams accountable for tracking progress and delivering results.
Communications & Employee Engagement
- In partnership with Communications, plan a strategic calendar for messaging and content that aligns with NCR Atleos and MarComms priorities.
- Manage internal MarComms employee programs, including recognition initiatives, champion programs, listening sessions, and engagement surveys.
- Maintain an industry and workplace awards calendar, working with subject matter experts (SMEs) to facilitate entries.
- Foster engagement on MarComms central, ensuring alignment and connectivity across teams.
- Serve as senior-most team member and mentor for the MarComms team in Belgrade.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing operations, chief of staff, or strategic program management roles.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to synthesize data and insights for reporting and decision-making.
- Experience managing budgets, procurement, and sponsorship tracking.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strategic perspective.
