We are offering an internship opportunity for the position of:
Customer Care Administrator – Belgrade, Serbia
, with potential for long-term employment.

Responsibilities:

  • Ongoing communication with the service network regarding the resolution of complaints, ordering of appropriate parts, and closing of service orders
  • Preparing field reports related to issues occurring within the service network
  • Submitting work orders and urgent service notices regarding status changes
  • Requesting service support
  • Collecting work orders and their approvals
  • Creating service reports
  • Performing administrative tasks
  • Working on improving the Contact software

Preferable requirements and skills:

  • Computer use competency
  • Knowledge of English, written and verbal
  • Completed university degree or final-year student

  • Focused on achieving set targets
  • Willingness to travel
