We are offering an internship opportunity for the position of:
Customer Care Administrator – Belgrade, Serbia
, with potential for long-term employment.
Responsibilities:
- Ongoing communication with the service network regarding the resolution of complaints, ordering of appropriate parts, and closing of service orders
- Preparing field reports related to issues occurring within the service network
- Submitting work orders and urgent service notices regarding status changes
- Requesting service support
- Collecting work orders and their approvals
- Creating service reports
- Performing administrative tasks
- Working on improving the Contact software
Preferable requirements and skills:
- Computer use competency
- Knowledge of English, written and verbal
- Completed university degree or final-year student
Candidate's profile:
- Ambitious and motivated person
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible and organized person
- Focused on achieving set targets
- Willingness to travel
