Position: Technical Support Engineer - SaaS Integrations
Location: London
Remuneration: £55k-60K per annum plus bonus (based on experience)
Purpose
Skillcast is a premier digital learning provider that helps companies train and motivate their employees to act with integrity and comply with various regulations. We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer in our Technology department to configure customer instances of our SaaS app and implement and maintain integrations with third-party SaaS apps.
Duties & responsibilities
- Implement new SSO and third-party integrations with our SaaS app
- Diagnose problems and advise the customer on third-party integration
- Implement solutions involving configuration scripts
- Work with our App Development team to create new integrations with third-party products (such as Workday; Salesforce; Azure Active Directory; Hibob; BambooHR and other HRI systems)
- Work with Infrastructure teams and Customer Success teams to provide 2nd line support for our SaaS app
- Guide and mentor clients and internal teams for integrating our SaaS application and related technologies and share knowledge & good practice,
- Build and curate suitable documentation and support guides for clients and internal teams
- Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and optimisation, enhancing overall performance
Knowledge, skills and experience
- A minimum of 2 years experience of SaaS application configuration and integration
- A minimum of 1 years experience with Identity Management solutions such as Azure Active Directory and Okta
- Working knowledge of JSON, XML and configuration scripting
- Experience in testing and diagnosing problems in APIs using Postman (or equivalent)
- Experience in onboarding new customers on SaaS applications
- Experience in SaaS integration related problem solving
- Can-do attitude for supporting a wide range of technical solutions
- Meticulous and methodical approach to documentation
- Inquisitive approach to data modelling and problem solving
- Customer support experience
