Sales Executive
to join our team and drive growth in the Serbian market.

Role Description:

  • Promote and sell company vehicles, products, and services to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.
  • Identify new sales opportunities, generate leads, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and service teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and match them with the right solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Fluency in Serbian and English (written and spoken).
  • Chinese language proficiency is highly preferred.
