Sales Executive
to join our team and drive growth in the Serbian market.
Role Description:
- Promote and sell company vehicles, products, and services to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.
- Identify new sales opportunities, generate leads, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing and service teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
- Ability to understand customer needs and match them with the right solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Valid driver's license.
- Fluency in Serbian and English (written and spoken).
- Chinese language proficiency is highly preferred.
